Abstract
La ola de protestas urbanas caracterizadas por la ocupación del espacio público que han proliferado globalmente desde 2010, tiene como nexo común el cuestionamiento de los modelos de representación. La arquitectura, tradicionalmente encargada de la representación institucional frente a la ciudadanía, no solo forma parte de la controversia, sino que también define los métodos de protesta. Revisando los archivos del 15M y Occupy Wall Street, el artículo indaga en las exigencias hacia la práctica de la arquitectura que están implícitas en estas protestas.
