Infraestructura segregada: paisaje integrado

Abstract
Disponer una infraestructura viaria no implica necesariamente la segregación ni la destrucción de la ciudad. Una infraestructura interactúa con su entorno modificando la configuración del paisaje; las infraestructuras viarias (o autopistas), alteran la velocidad con que éste se percibe. ¿Cómo hemos construido esta parte tan importante de la ciudad ¿Qué concepciones hemos tenido La respuesta a estas preguntas podría resituar el rol de la infraestructura viaria en el concierto de la ciudad contemporánea. Al mismo tiempo, propondría al paisaje como el encargado de integrar o articular la relación entre una infraestructura vial (por momentos segregada) y la ciudad. En este artículo se analiza un caso emblemático: el Aterro do Flamengo (Río de Janeiro).
