ENMARCANDO EL PROYECTO (URBANO) ABIERTO: PERSPECTIVAS DESDE EL PAISAJE Y LA ECOLOGÍA

Abstract
En los ans ochenta y noventa, los arquitectos se formaron con el interes por experimentar con el cambio a lo largo del tempo, la flexibilidad, la indeterminacion, las capas multiples y los programas —lo que Manuel Gausa define como una logica abierta emergente en la arquitectura—. Al mismo tiempo, muchos vein el paisaje y la ecologi como los soportes mas adecuados para operar en el contexto de infraestructuras urbanas complejas y areas perifericas. Actualmente, la amenaza que implica el cambio climatico y la creciente inversion por parte de las ciudades para crear y reconvertir espacios abiertos e infraestructuras esta alimentando un renovado interes en el disen de paisaje. Sin embargo, tambien esta llevando a una creciente objetificacion del paisaje. Este trabajo revisara cinco proyectos recientes de arquitectura de paisaje para reflexionar sobre el valor y los limites de lo “abierto” en el disen urbano.
