Abstract
After the arrival–in Montevideo, Uruguay– of two 'ghost kitchen' clusters built by the digital platform PedidosYa, one of the leading companies in the delivery market in Latin America, this article pays attention to the traces of other establishments with ghostly characteristics that also operate with the application, but are developed by third parties. To do so, it works on the elaboration of a mapping and a visual catalog of their presence in the city, thus making visible in what ways they are deployed territorially, allowing us to glimpse their 'spectral' spatial characteristics and thus contribute to the debate on new consumption dynamics associated with the digital from a critical urban-spatial perspective.
